Here's another one that's pretty big. I'm not sure how I missed it.. Instead of "Display" as the option for items, it should be "Remove." You remove clothes, and remove things from your jar and warehouse. I'm not sure what "display" means, really.. We debated this very point and decided that "Remove" sounded too much like "Delete". "Display" means put on your Display window. Ummm why not use "Take Off" ?

Helps a lot. Thanks Elliestar. Which fonts did you remove?

Only one of the TT fonts is causing the problem, but I didn't attempt to work out which is which. They're both from a non latin font set. The sequence of removal runs from left to right. And here's my in-game font. Might not be the standard one but at least it's readable!

We considered "take off" as well. The problem with is that it doesn't capture the fact that the item ends up in your display and that we use "Display" consistently elsewhere.
But I agree with the point that "Display" doesn't capture what the player is usually intending to do. That is remove the item from their character rather than display it. It's a tough call.
Anyone else want to express an opinion?

Why not "Inventory?" The reason "Display" is confusing is because many players (both old and new alike) don't realize that the inventory is displayed for other people to see. =

Inventory could work, but I think it would create confusion between the Warehouse and the Display window.
The display was fomerly the way players bought and sold items from other players, but since the system changed, the window has become a place for users to carry items for use as they play. They carry reserve weapons or gear in the window. They also launch powers (scrolls, coffee, remedies, potions, etc.) from the window so "inventory" doesn't quite capture the full range of functions supported by the display window.

I personally think "Remove" is a better choice. On another note, elliestar, what was your font problem before? Oh wait, I just noticed your post on the previous page . I still have a font bug as well, where nothing shows up like my dice count, item info, chat hist., button labels. Do you think it could be related? See thread www.puppetguardian.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=trouble&action=display&thread=108 Some fonts on the npcs, items in my synth jar do show up though, and it appears in Times New Roman, do you think there's a way to get it to show up with everything else? I'd appreciate it if you could do a quick tutorial of how you diagnosed your problem fonts, and if there's anything I should try as well?

My font problem relates to: -the scene name (eg Tower IV, Celestial Castle); -item name; -item description. And nothing else. Basically my in game font was initially that maple looking one, and it was horrible to read. So I went through the fonts and removed that one. And then it became that TT font, which was rather hard to identify, after going through some hundreds of fonts I removed it. Same applies to the other two until I got a font that's read-able. Method of identification: Guess work primarily. Remove, refresh, see if it works. I think my case is exactly the opposite to yours as I have too many fonts whilst you're missing one. I'm running a Mac based operating system so I can't really recommend anything. Just a thought however, would it be anything to do with the Japanese language/region settings (which you can change in language settings via the second tab in XP)? In case it was using a non latin font as default and if you don't have that tick box selected you won't have the font set. Illustration of the subtle difference between the font in the jar (which I never had a problem with) and the font of the item description below. There's also a third font for the scene name, which was consistent with the item description font before I removed the 4 fonts mentioned. Sorry I can't help you any further! And here's a bonus pic: =P

-Can u make Zoa lance charge 2 damage per hit instead of 1 because its too weak.......that's why no one use it that often unlike the other weapons......or at least make it 50% chance of damaging 1 and 50% chance of damaging 2 per hit of charge. -Cat's charge attacks don't deal any damage but parrot does, i have a level 45 Cat and charge attack still don't do damage. please don't banned me if you noticed my cat's name. -Can you make selling marketplace items stackable like selling one iron for .02g to selling 10pieces of iron for .1g .....by the way this game is awesome and thank you for reading note:sry if im posting in the wrong forum cause idk were to post this comments cause im new

Stack items.. but I also think that Stack items in your Inventory/Display Box would be great too so it can't make your inventory full.

Holy Axe description: It may not look like much, but it manifests highly skilled workmanship. The balance of blade length to center of gravity shows meticulous sword-making craft and calculation. Romtu: This one slipped past us but it will be corrected on the next update. Thanks

Giant Beatle Eyes item should be spelt Beetle. With that small typo, it just shows that English Publishers does not care for it anymore
