[Solved]Cannot load Puppet Guardian

Is it just me or noone else can load Puppet Guardian or Magicalrooms?
It says
"The connection has timed out
The server at www.puppetguardian.com is taking too long to respond."

And I tried different browser and computer but PG is the only page can't load.

That was weird...but it's working again

i can't log in too....same as u everything opens but not only PG
