Hi, I'm new here, and it seems like an absolutely brilliant game - very refreshing after coming from a game full of Russians who'll PK anyone who's in the same area. ;D Anyway, I noticed there's a total lack of online resources for the English version of the game. So, I decided to build something that people might find useful. It is a purpose-built database detailing all the items (eventually), how they're made, and what you can make out of them. I have not yet actually added any items in though. I'll be going through my inventory and adding things soon. Also, please post any items you know of in this thread - including description, and what you can synthesize out of it. Here's the link: puppet-guardian.jgate.de/. Cheers, Dark Gryphon

This is a pretty cool site, If you could make it an open-edit thing, I would help you fill in some information

Argh! Just uploaded all 700 lines of code to the server...and it loses the last 500! I'm trying to get the code back from the owner of the site - he probably has a backup. Otherwise, I'll have to write all my code again from scratch! It did support OpenID logins, meaning you can login with your GMail/Yahoo/whatever email and password without registration, and it was going to support a basic forum system shortly... jimipuppetI really don't feel like allowing open editing of the database - I don't want to deal with spambots. However, if you like, when I get the code back, you can register for an account there, and I can set your isadmin flag. This will allow you to edit the database, and a bunch of other stuff later. LineageHi ))

Just re-written the whole thing. It supports OpenID logins again - although they don't do anything yet, unless you're an Admin. The forum system is semi-built, although I'm keeping it to myself until it's fully ready. jimipuppet Alright, if you register, I can set your account to Admin.

LineageYup, I've just set you as Admin. Until I've got some sort of admin-level system worked out (level 0 = no admin powers, level 100 = edit database, level 200 = moderate forums, level 10000 = full admin power), please don't abuse the "login as other user" feature, which I'm using for testing. It logs all use anyway.

Alright. I might not have too much time to update it, since I have to update my blog. How come I haven't seen you on recently?

LineageAlright - just fixed a bug, so now you actually can create new entries. Just enter the item's name in the search box. There is no separate "admin panel" - it's all built into the main site. I hate admin panels, they tend to be incredibly non-intuitive. I've not been online because I've been working pretty hard on this project, and when I'm not I'm at swimming, Explorer Scouts, or going to a college interview. I'll be online as soon as I have time

This is great Dark Gryphon.
What can we do to support you?

@the Leaf Thanks! There isn't really much needed to support it - just items added. It's on a free host atm, based on the very cool AppJet server, and written in Server-Side Javascript. It will need moving to a paid server fairly shortly, in order to support forums using a "proper" database - the built-in AppJet database starts lagging terribly when you try to put things in any sort of order. I'm thinking of going for SliceHost, and putting some ads on the site to pay for it. Cheers, Dark Gryphon

Right, I registered and will put some items in the near future. I'm just days new here so I really don't know about a high percentage of items in-game. Sorry bout that ( I don't even know how to "trade" ) EDIT: Once I'm allowed to put things, I'll cover T1 items(sorry noob) Except the beetle though.

Well well well. Forgot about this for a while. Hmm, I tried the site, and apparently the item editor is broken...not sure why. (Scrap that, the whole thing doesn't work.) It's terribly coded, uncommented, and I can't find the point where it could've gone wrong, so...
Anyway, I'd be willing to recreate it from scratch on a new server I should be renting within the next couple of months, for another project that I'm head developer of. Possibly also implement forums, and whatever else the community feels like.
Are people still interested in this? Interested in helping out with the filling out of item descriptions?
I will probably also get into the game at some point. The game is still pretty unique ^^
