It's not only MR, it includes PG. Blackmintz suspect this is due to the time being set to the JP Halloween Deadline.... I hope this will be fixed soon.

Seems like I'm a little slow here, due to being occupied ranting to friends in-game. Yes, I suspect it's because someone has forgotten to change the deadline to a new deadline, since the event on JP server lasts till 31 Oct, which ended 2 hours ago for people in Japan, and which is about when I logged in to find that I don't see anything halloween AT ALL other than the black widow in Ranch.
Don't mind me being a spoilt brat, but this isn't the first time something like this has occurred. This is also not the first event you guys brought over for us, so how can this happen? A lot of my time playing this game has been spent being disappointed. Recently I've been getting my hopes up due to the many changes, many good changes. Maybe it's because I have expectations now that I feel even more disappointed, with just one mistake.
I'm sure that you guys will give the event back to us and might even extend the deadline, but it cannot erase the mistake nor can it take away the disappointment we feel, or at least I feel.

halloween creatures are not spawning in player rooms. several of us just talked about this in the pumpkin house lobbies.
we hope this can and will be fixed

Well, the jp banner says October 31 is the deadline, as they says, I hope this will be fixed soon...
