Hi Zorba,
I have already canceled automatic payment for magical room membership few weeks ago but i still received an email from PayPal saying that I have automatically paid for the membership today. But when I logged in the game I cannot enjoy from the membership.
Can you please help me cancel the automatic payment? Actually when i paid first time, I typed my credit card information without using PayPal but it automatically changed to the interface of PayPal. I cannot cancel it in PayPal but only in the web page of cancellation of PuppetGuardian.
This makes me really annoyed. Please help me settle the problem as soon as possible. I do not want to get charged without my agreement. Thanks a lot.

Surreal i believe you should send this thread as email to Zorba at support@puppetguardian.com. He haven't visited forum for weeks, guess he is very busy or probably away on trip.
