This game feels like a ghost town.
Where's the staff?? Where the updates?? Where the events?? Where the gold campaigns??
As a customer of this game I would really like an explanation. It's ridiculous that all of the above depends on one person only, and when that person isn't available, the game is stuck.
I don't want to be mean, but seriously, if the person in charge cannot be in charge, then appoint someone else. A whole game CANNOT and SHOULDN'T be dependent on ONE person. We need alternative staff.
The same goes for forum staff. All queries, suggestions, etc. in this forum is also stuck like roadkill. It's getting really, REALLY annoying have to wait for weeks to have some kind of answer.
WE DESERVE AT LEAST A FREAKING EXPLANATION.

So, that's it? What does that mean? Should we delete our accounts? Is the server going down?

Don't jump to conclusion Hanashi, irrational thinking while expecting the worse can lead to regret This has been a common occurrence between the players and management and management needs to step up their game, as player we can attempt to enforce a change, but fighting in anger won't solve anything
First let's identify the problems with PG/MR and go from there, as player we know what we want but management doesn't know what we want, they can't read our minds And placing blame on 1 person is also illogical since a team is working on it, please be mindful of what you post and what type of tone or mood you're presenting yourself in.

Sorry if I offended your delicate egos. I am being irrationally illogical on purpose. And I'm sure I will not regret it.
Management doesn't know what we want, you say? Really? Maybe because they don't read this forum in which I have many times posted my questions and queries. The problem, Nelliel, is that I don't see any management at all. Who's the person I should ask? Zorba? Wero? Lilli? Freezie? Zen? Chrissy? You? All people I have asked (politely) know nothing; the rest are never online for me to ask them (politely).
Kunichi cared to answer my question with a rather cryptic and sardonic "Game's dead." Well, thanks a lot for you help, buddy.
Everyone was expecting a Halloween event and for weeks nobody was able to gather anything about it. I even posted a (polite) question about the subject. But it's more than obvious that nobody gives a freckle until I start making noise. Then people pop up to tell me that I'm being irrational and that I should manage my anger. Thank you very much.
You say we have to identify the problem. Ok, tell me what's the problem then. Because it seems pretty obvious to me that this game is drifting in the sad tides of management oblivion. Zorba was absent for weeks, I e-mailed him three times (politely) and got not a single answer. Then he came on to open T19 and vanished again. Some people said he had personal issues going on. Ok, I understand. There are priorities. But, who's in charge when he's not around? I don't wish ill to anyone, but I think the not irrational thing to do is at least post a note saying: OUT OF OFFICE for the time being, nobody's home, gone for the seasons, or whatever. I know I'm the new guy and you all know each other for years now, but I still deserve to know what's going on instead of being utterly ignored in-game and in the forums. That's why I get angry. Because you go around wishy-washa about the situation and the truth is nobody gives a freaking explanation even when asked. So, what are my options? This. Go irrational to draw some attention, and hopefully get some answers.
Because more than the events, the campaigns or the updates, the thing I want the most is to know what the heck is going on.
Then you say there's a team. Well, I have been playing every day for months now and I have seen Zorba only twice, and no one else who is willing to call themselves management. Who's this team you speak of? Do I know who they are? Is there any info about these singular characters who take care of us players when we have questions or when we need support? Can you kindly direct me (and any other player who's not been around for the past 3 years) to them? Can you, please? Am I being polite and not-irrational enough for you?

As players we can only do so much, "Sorry if I offended your delicate egos." That comment was a bit rude and uncalled for. As for everything else, you yourself are not the only player who has these feelings, yet trying to solve a matter in a passive aggressive matter does not solve anything. If anything this is showing how deteriorated the game has come
This bit of exchange only proves how badly the community has it, if we are out to get each other through petty and over logical explanation that just seems to be "know it all" complex
And as stated before, this is a common occurrence, to some it up, deal with it cause changes won't happen any time soon it seems

You're totally right, Nelliel. How blind was I?? Because sarcasm is rude and uncalled for, but calling me irrational and illogical is not.
Oh, and thanks for the "deal with it 'cause it's not going to change" explanation. I guess that will have to do now that I know that I am the proof of all that is bad with this community.
You can delete this thread if you like, it serves no purpose anyway.

Hanashi, the thing is, you ask questions that we, the players cannot answer. We do not know when the Halloween event is going to take place, or if it is even going to take place, we do not know where the staff is, we do not know where the the community is, we are on the same page as you. All you can do is send e-mails to Zorba and if he doesn't respond then its up to him, maybe he is busy or something.
That's it, we know nothing, I haven't seen Wero in ages, i don't even know if she plays anymore, same goes for Rivers and those are the only two mods we have that I know of so no information can be told by anyone but the man himself, Zorba so getting upset because no one cared to respond your thread about the Halloween thing is not fair, us players where probably like you waiting for a response, but that response never came.
What options are there? Be patient like the rest of the remaining us and wait.

Please, let's not make matter worse. Hanashi I can understand how you feel about the current situation in PG, and your statements are true to a certain extent. I'll try my best to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. Yes, this game (particularly this game server) is currently lacking activity in some aspects, but there are several things to consider. Where's the staff? To be honest, players really don't know, and the only staff member many of us are familiar with is Zorba. As some players pointed out, we can't always ask Zorba for help. As much as would like to, he has his other priorities to deal with first. It can't be helped. As for the other staff member, I don't know who or where they are, but I can tell you this much based what I've seen and read from past forum posts and social experience. This game server doesn't have the funds to hire a sufficient amount of staff members to manage this game. It's most likely that our PG server has a very small group of people managing this game, so updates, events, and gold campaigns don't come as often as players would like. These employees have to consider the amount of time they put into game management and the amount of money they earn. Keep in mind that this may or may not be true; this is just what I think is goes on in game development and management. Similar things can also be said about our game moderators. Our moderators won't always have the time to help players or be active in-game. They have personal stuff that they have to do, and this could include school, military services, work, etc. It's really nice of them that they willingly volunteer to support this game and to help players with anything game related. I can partially understand what it's like. I'm no moderator, but I do enjoy taking the time to help out with the game, and that is by updating the wikia once in awhile. Speaking from experience being a volunteer for this game, it's not easy work for me and it can be difficult to commit time and effort for various reasons. Going back to your question, the moderators (which from my understanding are Wero, Rivers, and Blackmintz still[?]) have been relatively inactive but that's understandable. I suppose we could use some more moderators to help out in the game, but keep in mind that it's a voluntary effort that requires time and commitment. Many of us are familiar with what your feeling. It has happened before so it's really not anything new for older players like me. As much as we'd like to do something about it, there really isn't much that we can do in terms of game management. Essentially, I'm saying that it can't be helped. As disappointing as it may sound, it's true in some aspects. I get the feeling that you want there to be some specific changes to be made. I do agree with this to a certain extent. So I'll list some elements of the game to consider and maybe from there we can get somewhere with this issue. List of things to consider: - Money for the game's progress and development
- # of new players joining the game community
- Game's rating and amount of attention
- Gaming culture (this is a big one!)
These are some things that I could think of at the top of my head. Let's make not make this any worse than it has to be. There's no need to believe that the game is dead or say that people have irrational thoughts or delicate egos. This game was meant to have a positive and friendly community after all. This is as much as I can say for now. I apologize ahead of time if my thoughts are not very clear and if my grammar and writing style lack proficiency. I just thought I should give my personal input towards this issue. If you have any questions, feel free to ask or give me some of your inputs in-game or through private messaging on the forums. Sorry for the long response (:/). Zen

Hi Hanashi,
I guess the explanation is that the game has to be closed. Sorry for the prolonged absence. I wish this did not have to happen, but there is just no avoiding it.
Again apologies, and thanks for your passion and concern.

I expected this would happen sooner or later.. PG was suffocating, being brain-dead for too long and now its about time to switch off the machine. Puppets will fade away but memories will remain.. Got nothing else to say.. at the end, silence.

That would be nice if our accounts could be migrated. I can see how they could add gold/items, but the problem would probably be Magicaloss levels/lobbies. Thoughts?

Hey guys, today read the news from forum. Don't know what to say. About my absence i apologise, but before i go to army, i told i quit my job as moderator and it wasn't certain if i would be back. And personally im certain age now and life brought me to a point where i should move on, i was graduated from university, done with army and i didn't want to be a person who spends a little time on the community and still be a mod. My name can be administrator on forum, but i'm not different from any of you. Personally, i would like to thank Zorba for giving this opportunity to play this game to us. I learned a lot from my experiences here. I had many friends and i still talk to some from time to time. Just because game won't continue should mean for you to split from community totally. Even though in the times, we didn't play game, we would just sit and chat with our friends, japanese version is an alternate, but i suggest you can find different social network sites etc to not lose your contact.
I logged to the game, hoping to see some players, but no luck.
