How much would it cost to maintain Puppet Guardian?

I miss this game too much, it was quite a big part of my childhood and I was wondering how much it would cost to host an international Server, kind of like a Private Server in a way, and if Artifact would allow it. I am sure a few members here would die to have a form of the game return, even if it's an old version with just the first 9 Stages.

Hopefully the cost wont be too high :x
