^ or at least more of it ^
1. Add a trade feature
2. Add a Chat Filter
3. Add Tower 8!
4. Create a Guild Feature*
5. Add Scratch Cards
6. More to come later
*The guild feature:
One of the main reasons that I love Puppet Guardian is that it forces people to work together. While creating guilds may seem counter-productive to this goal, if done correctly, it isn't a hindrance, but an addition. My idea for guilds is this: A system where small to large groups of friends (i.e. the people who you hang out with the most in-game) can have an additional chat box to talk to each other, have a guild bank which can store guild members items and gold, and able to redistribute said items to other guild members, a minor ranking system (to allow access to distribution of the guild bank and add depth), a seperate "guild hall" (basically a portal like the ones in the tower, maybe in the lower area of the castle), and a guild forum.
Now all of that looks like a standard guild, which is what Puppet Guardian shouldn't have because it goes against the spirit of the game, right? Wrong.
What is important to note is that this is solely ADDITIONAL. The idea behind the guild is to add depth to PG. The idea is NOT to create a specialized group of people who turn their noses up to everyone else. The idea is foster a deeper community. By not allowing PvP or a Guild Ladder, you take away the competitive aspect that a guild usually represents. As long as you take careful steps to ensure that a guild is NOT an exclusive club, then the depth that it would add would keep players coming back more frequently then they are now.
Oh, and as to how to make a ton of money off of this:
Charge Gold to set up a guild. Charge Gold to set up the Guild Bank/Hall. Charge the standard 10% Market Fee for all monetary Guild Bank withdrawals (NOT Deposits). And etc.
I hope my rant was enjoyable.
