As the lead moderator, part of my job is to deal with people who break the rules so that they don't ruin the game for everyone else. I'm going to be addressing complaints of scamming, hacking, offensive language, offensive names, harassment and all other sorts of nasty behavior. I'm also going to be addressing muling. MulingMuling (using another account to get more dice) is something that I know a lot of players are doing. However, it's against the spirit of the game and it just ruins the social aspect so that you don't have to play with others. As the new lead moderator, I'm going to do my best to discourage it. If you're muling now, please make it easier on both of us and just stop now. If you see someone muling, come see me on my office hours, or go to the support page to report them. What are my office hours? Read on. Romtu's Office HoursStarting Monday, I'm going to be online for an hour and half every Monday for players to come to me for help and to report players. My office hours are 7:00 PM EST to 8:30 PM. For people in different timezones that's: USA East coast - 7:00 PM Mondays USA West coast - 4:00 PM Mondays Phillipines, China, Taiwan - 8 AM on Tuesdays Japan - 9 AM on Tuesdays UK - Midnight Monday nights If you can't make it to my office hours, which I understand for many timezones it doesn't work well, you can just email support by clicking here. Write it Down! When you spot a player you need to report, write down their character's exact name (including capitalization) and, if it's something where the chat will be helpful for us to look at, write down the exact time. This will make it a lot easier for us to go through the logs and see exactly what happened. If you don't give us enough information, we can't do anything to help you.

It is not allowed. The exact punishment will be handled on a case by case basis.

I fully support discouraging muling, but I don't think it should be a bannable offense--a bit excessive? I don't even think it's bannable on JP version either. The fact is, most players realize that muling becomes boring and stop by themselves. More than anything, I think moderating for crude language and rudeness should be your priority, but enforcing how people should or should not mule is up to the player to realize. Just my opinion.

Japan's time should be an hour faster than Philippines.
Personally, I'm not a supporter of muling, but after playing for a year. I don't really think much of it anymore. We just value different things. Some people just want to finish a target fast, some just want to play with friends online. Banning does seem to be too much of a consequence

I didn't say people would be instantly banned the first time they're caught muling. I'm not sure where you guys got that. Offensive players are absolutely the priority, and that's always been against the rules. I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that muling is also against the rules, since it's been a grey area in the past.
People mule because they can't find anyone else to play with. You can't find anyone else to play with because they're all busy muling. Take out muling as an option and you get to tower with bigger groups and the game just becomes a lot more fun.

i have a question about the definition of "mule" is "mule" meant that (1)players cannot use 2 or more characters to play at the same time, or (2)players cannot use other characters to play - we can only use the main character?

I think he means...one ppl can only have one account .
which means , even if u only login one account at one time , but u played more than one account in one day its illegal . means one ppl can only get 24 rolls a day , if u get more than 24 rolls a day means its illegal.
so ppl should transfer their items on mules quickly , cuz as i know , theres some mules account have many good items in it...
am I right ?

You only get 24 dice a day. If you use multiple accounts to roll more than that many, you're muling. It's also against the rules to play on multiple characters at the same time, but that's different from muling.

u should change it like → if u get more than 24 rolls a day and you use it , means you're muling
cuz I got 99 rolls now , even if I roll more than 24 times , that doesn't means I'm muling.

If you have 99 dice, that means you still only had 24 dice a day, but you built them up over time.
Let me put it as simply as I can: You can only roll dice on one account. If you roll dice on more than one account, you're muling.

mule - (n) a character in PG that exists only for rolling through the towers.
muling - (v) rolling through the towers with the use of mule. main character + mule alone is still considered muling. using a mule to gain items. example: muling for gems muling for irons muling for main > boss muling for scamming ( -_-'' )
*still working to transfer my mule items to main. *having two accounts is not bad if the other account is not a mule. *i have another character. i play it when i'm bored with tiki swordsman(jets).
^ ^ those are just my opinions. * - facts

This forum topic is about players that break the rules and offend other peers in the game. I think muling is really small compared to all the scamming, hacking, and behavior between players. Sure, muling is illegal in the game, but I think what Romtu is trying to tell us is what to do when we see a "bad player" which could be muling but also the other things I've mentioned. Muling is just a seed of the big apple, all bad behavior is the core.
