Hey Jets,
Sorry that this is happening to your friends.
Let's setup some time with your friends this week, so we can attempt to troubleshoot individually with them.
I'll send you a private message.

This is very strange because you were able to move before. Can you take screen caps and send them to this account:
support@puppetguardian.com
Also, do you use software that's supposed to make your browser faster? Can you see all the game's buttons at the bottom of the screen?
Sorry for this inconvenience.

Believe me guys no one wants to fix this more than us. But so far the developers have not been able to figure it out. They are trying. This has never happened to players in Japan, so it's a new issue for these guys.
PLz let Boom Dizzle try to trouble shoot with you.
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Darkancient,
I am sorry for the problems are you seeing.
Can you please send me an email at support@puppetguardian.com? I would like to troubleshoot this issue with you.
Some questions:
-- Could tell me which accounts you having problems with?
-- Are you using the same computer when you are having problems with moving?
-- Which Internet provider are you using (and from which country)?
thanks, Boom

hey there, i'm encountering a similar problem. I created a 2nd account (blackmints) coz my original (blackmintz) has been lagging really badly lately. Apparently, the 2nd account works smoothly while the original continues to lag.
I use the same computer for both accounts, and my internet provider is Singtel (Singapore).

My best guess is that the problem lies in the computer/laptop which you would play. I went to a cafe yesterday and logged on my other character. He can't move, not surprised though. I still don't know if firewall affects the game. Gonna try it out when I have the time

Do you know if Singtel (or Starhub) uses an Internet proxy? (where they cache web pages in order to the make browsing faster)
Proxies (web caching) could cause some problems.

I'm pretty sure, that it's not ISP or proxy related.
I had the problem too, but updating IE6 to IE7 helped, also it influenced Firefox somehow, so it works with FF too.
I don't know what the update really updated, but it must be something that the FF also uses. Maybe your programmers can look into that.
