go to a pic uploading site (ex. imageshack, tinypic, photobucket, etc.) and upload the pic. Then go to your profile then click modify thingy then post the link of the picture you uploaded into the avatar field. Then click save and your done! I also have the same question with zuoo

@ zuoo, thats the paint magic.. ^_^ i just borrow it from the enemy.. its mastering the editing ^_^
