It should work fine on 2000. If you run into problems with Puppet Guardian, trying different web browsers can help, but you definitely don't necessarily need to use IE.

Thanks for the support Romtu.
Thedonuthole - Officially, we do say in our minimum requirements that you need to have Win XP and IE 7.0 just to be safe.
That said, Win 2000 may work - as Romtu says, if it doesn't work w/ IE 6.0, you could try Firefox.
Let us know if it works for you.

Puppet Guardian also works well in Google Chrome, but you need XP or Vista to install it.

Debug Log:
Today, another few players were stuck in that position, all overlapping each other. Some used Firefox3, others IE7. I told them to reset their cache, but it didn't work. They both had flash version 10.

Thanks for trying to help them out Lineage.
I am assuming that they were all stuck in the startup position on the left side of the Castle right above the lion statue.
Do you know who those players were? I would like to try and contact them via private message or something to try to resolve this. Were they Facebook users?
thanks! BD

I don't remember their names, but one of them was a user that returned from a week ago to see if the problem was fixed. There were actually quite a few players that experienced this problem this past week.
I'll start writing their names down and list them here.

I've got a friend who can't move. IGN: Mang_Berting
When he first played, he used my laptop which he can move. But when he got home and used his, he cannot move anymore.
We've tried everything posted in here and in FB that might help the problem. But he still can't move. Need help from publishers please.

Jetsss:
This sounds like a good case for us to troubleshoot with the guys in Japan. They are stepping up efforts to solve this once and for all. Please send a private message to BoomDizzle and he'll follow up with you in person.
Thanks!

I'm having this issue as well. Latest Flash player and I've tried a clean install of Firefox and Google Chrome.
Running XP Pro SP3 through BootCamp on a Macbook Pro The Macbook Pro thing should pretty much say I meet requirements. =D

Hi:
Try using the Mac OS. Or use IE 7. There have been reports of issues with FF on the PC side (although it works for most users). No such reports on the Mac side.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for posting.
