It's recommended that large pictures like those should be given with a link and not posted in the thread. This is to avoid ridiculous page stretching.
Gold Team looks good, though.

Sorry about the late reply. I'll wait and see about the Guilds. If it turns out that we get a very large membership and people want a smaller community to associate with, then we will probably go support Guilds in this forum.
