RE: Problem logging into the game

Hi im having problems logging into the game.
I have attached a sample screen for reference.

and it only ends in Check Session OK.
the next step is does not proceed. Hope you guys can help me out.

oh i forgot some details

im using
Firefox latest.
Updated Flash Player.

PC = core 2 duo so no problem here

Connection speed is 2mbps also no problem here

though i am using a connected network. (can be the problem but i am not sure)

i have deleted the cookies and tried to clear the temp files

how can unblock the ports?

Maybe try the latest version of IE. Also restart after any updates. The last set of possibilities are download or browsing accelerators and/or parental controls. These have been known to cause problems.
