Where can I find a "Small Skull"?

I want to make a Wit(c)h Doctors Pants, but I cant seem to find out where to find a Small Skull.
The wiki doesnt have it, and Im not sure what drops it in-game, so I'm asking for help.

The synthesis items and/or the monster and location would be appeciated :3

(The bracket around the c exists because the game has a typo and puts it down as a "With Doctors Pants".)

You can find the recipe by creating a flax fibre- its at the bottom.

Hi zymoglor, a small skull is an item only available in halloween event, when exclusive monsters will appear. We'll have to wait another 7 months to get it here

Oh DRAT. Thats very depressing. I really wanted them to complete my outfit.
Oh well, I can wait 7 months. Its a possibility.
