I was perplexed when Mint told me in game that we can't get event items from PG. She couldn't explain it to me so she asked me to join her for a round in t4, which I did. And I saw what she meant. It was 1.36 am (GMT +8) and still 25 December in US, which the International version of PG base its time on. The White Caribou is still standing at the end of the tower, but we can't pick anything up because there aren't any sparkling spot. Why's that so? We can't help but feel a little cheated.
Other than that, it seems that the Gremlins haven't been appearing for Mint since 00 00 h (Japan time). So... are these event stuff connected to Japanese server? We haven't checked t7 or t2 to see if the nutcrackers and Yeti are still here. But the snow at celestial is definitely still around, so are the christmas decorations.
I doubt that we're able to extend event for another day, but I think we deserve a good explanation.
[edited] Mint and I just went to T2 to check and the Yeti is still around, so are the Christmas kobolds. Christmas pets are still available as well.

The time of PG is based on the time in Portland, Oregon in the United States where Policros is located.

The explanation is simple. The item drops were timed to the Jpn version. And the timing was hard coded. We didn't know this either and is something we will have to fix next year.
Sorry. I know it's been a little rough with the event. Our main goal was to release at basically the same schedule as the Jpn version. We were able to do that, but not without a hitch or two.

Thanks for your explanation. I'll apologise for my harsh tone. I was just shocked though I know it can't be helped. Thanks for bringing the events to us anyway And enjoy your holidays!
